Am I eligible for the 401(a) Retirement Plan?

Eligibility for the 401(a) Retirement Plan depends on your age (you must be at least 21 years old) and the amount of service hours you’ve completed with a participating Y. Some Ys have a different service threshold depending on their vesting schedule—ask your Human Resources department which applies to you. Read more about the options.
