Health and welfare
We offer a high-deductible medical plan, a dental plan, and other ancillary benefits. Employees pay a share of the medical premiums; however, dental and vision are paid by Y Retirement.
Once an employee elects our medical coverage, we will set them up with an Individual HSA Account* with HSA Bank. Each year we will assess the contribution model, and an employer contribution is made at the start of the plan year (Jan. 1st).
* You are encouraged to familiarize yourself with the HSA rules as these are individual accounts and not an employer account.

Time away
We believe time away from work helps you do your best work. Our paid time off supports vacations, holidays, and sick time. We also offer additional support for major life events—such as 10 weeks of parental leave—as well as medical leave, and short- and long-term disability.
