Y Retirement conducts regular internal audits and also reviews participating Ys to ensure they are meeting the terms of their agreements with us. Any participating Y may be selected for review. If your Y is chosen, we’ll provide advance notice along with clear instructions to guide you through the process.

What is Non-Discrimination Coverage Testing?

Each year, all participating Ys must comply with the coverage and non-discrimination testing required under the Internal Revenue Code. To meet this requirement, we require that your Y complete Non-Discrimination Coverage Testing (previously called Schedule T) every summer, for the Plan Year ending June 30.
