Important Update for Mailing Checks
Please mail your payments to the Fund’s Lockbox.

In response to the Coronavirus pandemic, the YMCA Retirement Fund has made an important update.

The following payments should be mailed to the Fund's Lockbox:

  • Contributions to the Retirement and Tax Deferred Savings Plans
    (YMCA use only)
  • Rollovers to the Tax Deferred Savings Plan 
  • Loan Repayments

The mailing address for the Fund's Lockbox:

Mailing your payment to the Lockbox will ensure timely processing.

All loan payments should include your name, Fund ID or the last four digits of your social security number. 

All contributions should include your YMCA number and the Transmittal number you are paying. If you would like to remit payment electronically contact the Finance Department at findept@ymcaret.org.

Any other items that need to be mailed to the YMCA Retirement Fund should be mailed to:

    New York, NY 10271

This would include any returned payments, spousal consents, disbursement requests and annuity applications. Mailing these documents to the Lockbox will significantly delay processing. 

General Correspondence

DO NOT MAIL GENERAL CORRESPONDENCE TO THE LOCKBOX ADDRESS. This will only delay the processing. Mailed documents may will take longer to process, so we encourage all of our participants and retirees to send pertinent documents and forms electronically. In order to submit your documents electronically, please contact our customer service center at info@ymcaret.org.
