Marcela Deitrich

Senior Vice President - Customer Service & Marketing

Deitrich_large_2017.jpgMarcela Deitrich provides leadership and supervision to the Fund’s Customer Service and Marketing departments. She is responsible for all of the Fund’s communications, marketing initiatives and customer interaction with its three primary constituent groups: YMCAs, participants and retirees.

Prior to joining the Fund, she has served as customer service manager at PromptCare and AXA Financial in New Jersey, and New York Life Insurance Company in New York City.

Marcela holds an MBA from the New York University's Stern School of Business with a specialization in leadership, marketing, and global business. She also earned the Certificate in Business Excellence and Certificate in Strategy from Columbia Business School. She is a graduate of St. Peter's University where she obtained a BA in political science.
